Shipping policy

All of our items are handmade to order. Please allow the following turnaround times before your order is dispatched:

• Machine embroidered items: Up to 4 weeks
• Hand embroidered items: Up to 6 weeks

If your order contains a combination of machine embroidered and hand embroidered items, the full 6-week turnaround time is likely to apply so that your order can be dispatched together.

Please note that these turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation. Delivery times are separate from our turnaround times and are dependent on the courier service.

Bella’s Little Stitches is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider once your parcel has been been dispatched.
