What is the return policy?

Our goal is to create and deliver high quality carefully embroidered products. If you are unhappy with your item please contact us so we can work with you to put things right.

Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products if you change your mind.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our current turn around time from order to dispatch is 4-6 weeks (hand embroidered) and up to 4 weeks (machine embroidered). All of our hand embroidered items take time and we don’t like to rush your orders, high quality is important to us.

From time to time we can experience delays, particularly in our busy periods like Christmas, we will always update you if there are any delays.

I need my order by a specific date, can you do this?

Please contact us before placing your order to confirm if your required delivery date is possible. Once we have confirmed a date is possible, please put this in the order notes.

Do you offer a send in service?

Yes! This is assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us to arrange using our send in service.

Do you take orders for custom design requests?

We love creating new design and custom requests! Please contact us to discuss your ideas so that we can get it perfect for you!

Please note we do charge £5 for custom design requests.

How do I become a brand rep?

We love working with all of our wonderful reps and love welcoming newness to our team! Please contact us or apply via our regular brand rep search posts on Instagram.
